Return Request Requirements
To be eligible for a return or refund, customers must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide a clear unboxing video starting from the unopened package until the product is fully displayed.
- Share photographs of the received product if requested.
Important: Return or refund requests without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted.
Unboxing Video is Mandatory
The unboxing video serves as proof of the condition and contents of the package upon delivery.
We will not process any return, replacement, or refund request if:
- The unboxing video is not available.
- The video is edited, paused, or incomplete.
- The package was already opened before recording.
Wrong Product Received
If you receive a wrong product, please contact us immediately with:
- Order Number
- Unboxing Video
- Product Photos
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Product Switching or Fraudulent Returns
To protect our business from fraudulent activities:
- Returned products will be carefully inspected.
- If a customer returns a different, used, damaged, old, or unrelated product instead of the original item supplied by us, the return request will be rejected.
- No refund or replacement will be provided in such cases.
We reserve the right to take appropriate action against fraudulent claims.
Size Exchange & Size-Related Issues
Customers are requested to carefully check the size chart before placing an order.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for size-related issues, incorrect size selection, or fitting preferences.
Please contact us before ordering if you need assistance selecting the correct size.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased during special sales or promotional offers
- Customized or altered products
- Used, washed, damaged, or worn products
- Products without original tags and packaging
- Size-related return requests
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 5-10 business days after successful inspection and approval.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the situation.
For all the wrong, damaged or incorrect orders will get replaced and get delivered in 8 to 10days. If the customer wants refund than the amount will get credited in 5 to 10days in their account.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
